The apartment building
The building consists of 4 floors. There is a garage with 8 parking spaces in the basement, boiler room, storage rooms. There are 8 apartments designed at the ground, 1st and 2nd floor, ranging from 78 to 134 m2, all with spacious terraces (31 to 45 m2) or balconies (from 7.5 to 24 m2). Ground floor apartments have exits from terraces onto the gardens.
